| THE
DEVELOPER
The inspiration behind Vantis is the progressive
total lifestyle-integration focus of Shea Properties,
a multifaceted and dynamic organization responsible
for the land acquisition, development, construction
and management of business parks, shopping centers

as an autonomous business entity integrated within
a much larger organization allows Shea Properties

Beginning

1990's, Shea Properties had expanded into the
Northern California market, building in the heart
of Silicon Valley.
Today,
Shea Properties continues its growth through acquisition
and development in new and infill markets. The
company owns and manages over 5,000 apartment
homes and 2.5 million square feet of commercial
and industrial property, and it employs over 200
associates. Planned development includes an additional
1,200 apartment homes and 8 million square feet
of commercial property throughout California and
Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
